Everyone pays the same flat fee of 3.95% of the monthly rent. Simple, transparent, and fair.
Example: On a 10,000 kr/month rent, the fee is 395 kr. Total monthly cost: 10,395 kr.

- Deposit protection until you move out

How payments work
Deposit: You pay the deposit to Bofrid, not the landlord. We hold it securely until you move out.
Monthly rent: Each month you get a reminder from Bofrid. Pay via Swish or bank transfer. We forward the full rent to the landlord. The safety fee stays with us.
100% of the rent goes to you
It's completely free to list on Bofrid. We charge the tenant a safety fee for the background checks. You keep every krona of the rent you set.
