No. Creating an account and publishing a listing is free. You only pay if you choose a premium listing or use Bofrid Partner.
What’s the difference between premium and partner?
A premium listing gives your ad maximum reach and priority, you handle the renting yourself. With Bofrid Partner we actively search for and contact verified tenants for you, and you pay only once a lease is signed.
How are tenants verified?
Everyone is verified with BankID or an approved ID document. Tenants can also collect references from previous landlords and upload documents like credit reports, criminal records, and income proof.
